ACTIVITIES

Students attending Piano Lessons in Palm Coast 88 Strings Studio are encouraged but not required to participate in the following activities

• Christmas Recital 

  • Date- the first or second Saturday in December

  • Location- Trinity Presbyterian Church of Palm Coast, 156 Florida Park Drive, N, Palm Coast

    • Students perform with parents and friends in attendance.

• National Federation of Music Clubs Festival

  • This is not a competition. The students perform for a professional musician who evaluates and comments on the performance.  The student learns his/her weaknesses and strengths.  When this information utilized, the student has the ability to advance in their musical journey. 

  • This is held the last Friday and Saturday in February in Jacksonville or the  third or fourth Saturday in Palm Coast.

  • Location- Previously this was held for our area in Jacksonville. In 2022, a satellite site was held at the Trinity Presbyterian Church of Palm Coast for Palm Coast students and others in the area.  Each student is assigned a specific time to appear. The student performs for the judge. The only other person in the room is the monitor. 

• Spring Recital

  • Date- the third Saturday in May

  • Location- Trinity Presbyterian Church of Palm Coast

  • Students perform with parents and friends in attendance
